Here at Toner Fast, delivery is Free for all orders over $75.00 (including GST). Orders under $75 incur a delivery fee of $9.95.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, however most orders are shipped same day if placed before 2:00pm. Delivery is usually between 1-3 days to most metropolitan areas, although most orders arrive the following day. Country and remote areas may take longer.

We deliver Australia wide, and all orders are fully insured against loss and transit damage. Unfortunately our couriers are unable to delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can track your order online.

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure they are received by the intended recipient. Therefore it is best to use a WORK ADDRESS for delivery to ensure you are able to sign for your order when it arrives. Repeated delivery attempts when nobody is home may incur additional charges.

We do offer an ‘Authority to Leave’ option for orders under $100. The courier can leave your item at your front door or other nominated safe area without a signature if requested. Simply leave a message requesting this in the comments field during checkout. TonerFast take no responsibility for lost or stolen goods left by the courier without a signature. The goods are left at your own risk.
